PC Healthcheck - $125
Sluggish startup, strange errors, just want someone to make it work? Call us.
Inclusions:
- Check your operating system and software and update as required
- Check your virus definitions and update as required
- Check and remove unwanted files
- Check system logs, tune up system startup and hard drive
Home WiFi Setup Service - $175
Is the setup guide speaking a different language? We can help!
Inclusions:
- Plug in and connect modem to your broadband point
- Access admin console and secure your connection
- Attach your network enabled devices and test connection
Note: Wifi modem not included. Please ensure you have received this from your ISP prior to service
PC Setup & Installation Service - $199
Too many cables and all with different plugs? No worries, we’ve got this!
Inclusions:
- Unbox and connect components
- Complete setup of operating system
- Connect to home network, wifi, printer
- Configure email client
Note: PC and peripherals not included.
PC Troubleshooting Service – contact us for our competetive hourly rate.
For when things just don’t work and you need someone to figure out why.
Inclusions:
- Time. As much as you need to get things working as they should.
- Minimum charge is 1 hour. During this time we will assess your system and make recommendations. If more time is required to identify the issue, or the solution is drastic, we’ll let you know and it’s your call if we continue.
